NWOT FOREVER 21 Boho-Styled Shirt

This shirt is brand new. I took the tags off thinking I was going to love it but unfortunately it didnt fit me. It is really cute though, the short sleeves are cut out at the top and it's more of like an off the shoulder kind of look. Its really flowy & has a nice light blue to dark blue ombre on the bottom sections of the shirt.
