NWOT FP leggings. These are soft fleece material, elastic and tie waist, two pockets, detailed lower legs front and back. Navy blue, the detailed design at lower legs and pockets are kind of like inside sweatshirt material. A slightly lighter blue but not as much as some pictures show.
