NWOT Fascinator Black Hat - Kentucky Derby & Wedding

Brand new... This lightweight gauzy black fascinator is topped with black roses and ribbons and accented with silver thread throughout. The circular hat is 11" inches in diameter and sits atop your head an extreme angle. The fascinator is held onto your head with a comfortable black bandeau. This hat is one size fits all. I had purchased this fascinator for my annual trip to the Kentucky Derby, but ended up wearing a different hat instead. So, this hat has never been worn. It comes from a smoke-free home.
