New without tags, never worn. High low navy and white striped skirt with curved hemline and elasticized back waistband. Has a high quality linen-like feel. 50% viscose rayon/50% nylon. Has ribbon loops on inside of waistband to be able to hang on traditional hanger. Waist: 13.5” unstretched Front length: 29” Back length: 38” Flaw: About 0.5” area of stitching has become loose on backside under waistband. Easy fix with some white thread.
