NWOT -- Floral Dress

NWOT never worn floral spring / summer dress. Tulip hem and tie back floral sheer dress with lining. Colors are gray, black, purple, and pink. By I Heart Ronson purchased from JC Penney - is a "misses" sized brand but runs kind of small. Pit to pit is 18 inches and has elastic waist with tie back. Size Large but would say this fits more like a Medium. Smoke free home.
