NWOT Floral Midi Skirt

White “paperbag” style skirt with light gray grid + pink floral design. Cute ruffle around waist band and hem. NWOT - bought brand new and never worn, just tried on & took off tags. True to size but waist is stretchy so could stretch up to size XL. 100% cotton. Waist: 15.5” but is elastic so can stretch pretty far. Length: 32”.
