NWOT Floral shift dress

NWOT Beautiful dress that my mom bought me in Spain! Sadly, it's too big for me. It has two layers - the inside feels satiny whereas the outside feels more like a thick chiffon (both are polyester). There is a barely noticeable bit of pilling on one shoulder (pictured). Should fit a size 8. Bust is 16" across, widest part of the hips is 17" across. Length is 38.5" shoulder to hem. ***Listed Anthropologie bc it's a similar style/for exposure***
