NWOT Floret Studios Floral-Print Ruffle Maxi Dress SZ XS

New, never worn and without tags. Has both a Spaghetti strap and ruffle strap. Included pictures of where spaghetti strap meets dress as I had a tailor reinforce it since it was a little loose. You cannot see when wearing as ruffle strap sits over it. A super cute, breezy dress for summer!
