New without tags. Has black mark on bottom front hem that was there when the dress arrived so I’m not sure what it is. It will likely come out after being washed or dry cleaned (I haven’t tried). Beautiful light pink color called Paloma. The straps are adjustable and there is a some elastic in the top band along the back. It’s 14” pit to pit when not stretched. Has pockets!
