Forever 21+ Blush Pink Tulle Skirt with black elastic waistband. Size 2X. Looks good worn at waist or worn higher. When I bought it, part of the tag was still on the plastic tag hanger, but it contained no info, so I took it off. I've lost weight and I don't know what size to buy now.
