NWOT Forever 21 Floral Lace Sheer Top, Size Small

NWOT F21 off-white top w/ floral print. Got it as a gift, but too big for me. Lace detail along neck & middle. Top falls below waist and is semi see-through (I say this conservatively - you could go without layering too). There are very tiny stray threads on the straps (not from wear, but manufacturing). They do not pull and are barely noticeable, but just pointing it out. Measurements taken flat: waistband ~12in. across and is stretchy, top to bottom ~18in. not including straps. Polyester.
