NWOT Forever 21 Maroon Lace Collared Mini Dress

This is a new-without-tags, maroon lace, black-collared mini dress from Forever 21. This was originally my sister’s, and she never wore it. She just recently removed the tags before giving it to me. I also never wore the dress (other than to try it on), as it’s a bit too short for me (I’m 5’7 and a size 6, for reference). As such, the dress is in perfect condition. It’s a deep cranberry color, with a shiny finish, sheer lace sleeves, a matte black color, and a shift-dress fit.
