NWOT Francesca’s Mustard Yellow Floral midi Dress

This Dress is brand new! In perfect condition. It has pink, purple and red flowers. Has tie for around waist area. Hits around the knee area for me. It says size xxs but fits me and I’m a xs-s. V-neck in both front and back. Back has a cute tie(in last pic).
