NWOT Free People Jumper Dress

Jumper dress from Free People, intended to be worn with something underneath. Skirt portion is slightly flared below the drop waist. Approximate measurements: 15” across armpit, 14” at natural waist, 28” length from neckline to front hem, plus another 1.5” to back hem. Tag is blurry but I believe it says 76% polyester, 25% rayon, 4% spandex (I know that doesn’t add up!!) It definitely has some stretch. Never worn but enjoyed looking at it in my closet!
