NWOT Free People braided ribbon rope jewe or accessory

So many possibilities for this unique piece. I just at never had a chance to wear it. Possibly vintage considering as I know I’ve had it since it was at UO. Ribbon has a muted satin sheen that are braided with micro brass chain and charms. Total length w fringe 49”. Colors are rust and ecru.
