NWOT Freeway x Anthropologie Tan Ruffle Sweatshirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @junkie_jess. I Love it, with the ruffles on the sleeves, but it is a true size small. Pit to pit: 20", length (from the collar to waist) 20". It is an olive/tan color. It is a lightweight sweatshirt fabric, great for the spring and really a unique, fun piece.
