NWOT French stripe sweater XS

This super soft sweater is so cheerful and light. It is comprised of 50% viscose, 28% polyester, and 22% nylon. It’s very stretchy. The PTP unstretched measures 17”, but has lots of give. It’s a shorter length. From shoulder to bottom is 20” in lengthth. The bottom hem is a ribbed knit with a jaunty red. The sleeves and collar also have the same treatment. The royal blue, white and red give a patriotic flair. Super soft! No stains or call outs, new; never washed or worn. Unbranded, but super quality.
