These are made and sold by Gall’s for police/govt agent/law enforcement officers. Feature reinforced material on the knees, large cargo pockets for extra magazines, and back belt loop reinforced for handcuffs. These are 16x32. Waistband is 22” and length is 41”

@monroe2333 no they are loose. Can maneuver easily like if you have to get on your knees like at the range. Also have good size pockets for extra magazines
