valtheposher @misankohappy Hello, sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, my phone crashed, so I had no access to the app. The waist measure 30 inches all around & 15 inches, laying flat/face-up. Thigh measurement is 9 1/2 inches. If you are interested in purchasing, I ship Monday-Saturday. If you purchase before 6-7pm, I can drop off your package, same day, at my local post office (before they close at 8).

valtheposher @pamifu the material has 3% Spandex, so I do find they have stretch at the waistline of the pants.
