NWOT Gap polka dot button up dress 18-24m

Beautiful and incredibly soft Gap dress, washed but never worn, so NWOT. I apparently did not realize the bloomer was attached when I washed the dress, so you can see it was never worn :) Buttons all the way in the front, has pockets!
