NWOT German Navy Designer Pleated Skirt, Fully Lined, 38" European measurement, there is no designer name on the skirt which tells me it was a gift from her family when we went to Germany on a trip to see my family. The skirt is brand new and has never been worn. it is absolutely beautiful, the fabric is beautiful and it is fully lined. I will measure the waist and put the measurements before any stretching is involved. also please see photographs for the contents of the fabric that information is listed on the tags. The skirt is 21 inches long from the waistband to the knee. The waist measurements before stretching is 28", after stretching I got approximately 36 to 37"
