NWOT Girl’s Cat & Jack Sequined Dreidel Dress

Brand new royal blue dress has a scooped neck. The torso fabric feels like a soft cotton tee. The sparkly dreidel is made of teal, deep rose, black, gold & silver sequins. The sequins do flip but I would leave them as they are because they flip to the same color. (The deep rose does look a little lighter pink). Silver metallic ribbon around the entire waist. The skirt is made of three layers; the innermost layer is a plain blue satiny slip; then overtop of that is a blue tulle slip; & the outermost layer is 3 tiers of mesh with metallic silver stars all over. So pretty! No buttons or zippers—-just goes over your head. Sz M (8).
