NWOT Gretchen Scott Designs Hummingbird Heaven Blues Dress

This lovely Gretchen Scott dress is one that exudes blue and white radiance. It is embellished with beautiful floral designs that look like a hummingbird heaven. It is a size small and is approximately 54" in length. The bust measures at approximately 19” pit to pit. 
It is sleeveless and the straps button at the top. There are also eye catching ties on the right side that lead down to the slit. The slit is approximately 23”from the bottom hem of the dress and up to the first tie. The dress is made from fabric that is 97% Polyester / 3% Elastane.
