Although this is marked extra small, it is definitely a small/size full 6. I am a full size 8 top and could button this all the way, although it was a little snug around the bust. This is a spectacularly, gorgeous shirt, white with bright pink and orange pattern. There is an alternating contrast, mini pattern on the sleeves and a wide cuff with single button closure. The placket down the front shows mother of pearl buttons which alternate with orange and pink thread. Attention to detail is amazing, as is typical of Gretchen Scott designs.
