NWOT Guess Culver Dress (Small)

Brand new Culver dress by Guess. Bought this for a New Years Eve Party, but it’s too small on me. It’s a size small. The outer layer of this dress is moderately sheer, but it has a full black lining, so no issues there. The metal detailing at the neck is gorgeous, and very eye catching.
