NWOT Guess Marciano blue yellow cream floral watercolor print mermaid fishtail trumpet skirt size XS extra small. Gorgeous skirt has a hi-lo high low hem which is shorter in the front and longer in the back. Pleated ruched design clings to every curve to accentuate the hips and butt and then flares out down to the bottom hem. Material is lightweight and silky. This is early 2000s Y2K vintage. Brand new, never worn.
