Love your style (and closet) sista! If you are a true size 4 and this is a 2-4 size dress would you say this dress fits too small or large? I have a waist of a 0 or 2 but hips and butt of a 4. It’s very frustrating to find cloths that fit that I don’t have to tailor every...single...time.
