NWOT H&M Divided A-Line Skater Mini Dress, XS, Navy Stripe

This flared skater dress is from Divided brand under H&M. It is a fitted XS size instead of the EU36/US6 on the label. I am usually a standard XS fit in apparel, and this one fits like an XS/XXS. I have not really worn it, but only cleaned it after getting it, so it is technically new without tag. The material is 96% polyester and 4% elastane, so it is light weight and stretches well. The navy-white stripes is a great fit for summer beaches! It would be a perfect outfit with wedge sandals or espadrille and a straw hat. The higher waist line design and the A-line shape defines a more flattering waist curve. The waist line measure when lain flat is 12.2 inches, but since it is a higher waist line above actual waist and the elastane stretch, it works fine for usual XS fit of 25''-26'' waist.
