These are new without tags! I’ve never worn them because they run small, I’d say these fit more like a 6 since h&m usually runs small. They hit me right at the ankles as a 5’4 person so I’d say these are inseam 29 or 30 in. These jeans are perfect for the upcoming summer weather with cute tops and linen shirts!
