NWOT Halogen Lightweight Tie Sleeve Cardigan

Features adjustable drawstring ties that cinch the sleeves to create a cute flutter detail. Elongated yet lightweight cardigan that is soft and comfortable to wear. No closure. In excellent condition, no flaws. Has never been worn. 82% viscose, 18% nylon. Petite size body and sleeve length. The first two images are only examples of what the cardigan looks like on. The color is a deep forest green with slight blue undertones that doesn’t show up on camera very accurately. The last picture is the cardigan in front of natural light.
