NWOT Halston Heritage Printed Mock Neck Coctail Dress

This is a gorgeous cocktail dress perfect for a summer party or wedding! The pattern is orange floral on navy, it looks even more beautiful in person. It has a mock turtle neck in the front that ties in back. The front has a draped, faux wrap skirt and gathers at the waist. The back has a slight V shape and hidden zipper. It's a midi length that should hit just below the knee depending on your height. See pictures for samples on a model that shows how it hangs. Measurements laying flat (shown in the pictures too): pit-to-pit: 18" waist: 16" length (from middle of of the neckline down the front): ~40" (see picture as the layers drape differently and hit different lengths) I got this a while ago and never wore it.
