💚 NWOT Hand Knitted Neck Warmer/Cowl

My model is my 22 yr old daughter. She is short but has an average size head. It is a snug get on but it works. Please see the measurement pics so you are well informed. The top and bottom are not very forgiving so be mindful. Mom knitted this for either a youth or adult
