NWOT Handmade Wool Fabric Quilted Tote Bag

Beautiful quilted tote bag. The outside is quilted wool fabric. The inside is quilted red corduroy. One of the handles had some fraying which was done purposely by the artisan. Measures 13.5 by 13.5 inches (not including handles). A one of a kind piece!!
