NWOT High fashion bubble hem trench coat

A very unique trench coat with two layers of zippers on the front and a bubble hem at the bottom, looks like a bubble skirt when worn. Is black and the inside is purple. The sleeves are soft texture and the body is a nylon material. From a boutique. Never worn.
