NWOT Hot Topic T-Shirt Dress

NEW WITHOUT TAGS. Bought, tried on, never wore out. Price tag fell off, but the plastic part remains. Very comfy and cute, just a little too loose on me. I’m 5’6 and this sits 3 or so inches above the knee as a standard tee shirt dress length.
