Beautiful NWOT House of Harlow 1960 black crop top. This top is a silky material & it does run really small. Size is XS & I usually wear an XS or S and I couldn’t get it over my shoulders. I wish this top fit me because I loved this crop top! Hopefully now someone will love it as much as I do!
