NWOT I.N.C. Bodycon Summer Dress

From Macy's I.N.C. brand is this stretchy bodycon Summer dress in Bright green flowers in a black background. In person it's really striking! It was a little small for me so I never wore it but cut the tag off. Vee neck and small tie in front. It just slips over the head - no zipper. So pretty.... Hat not included.
