NWOT IZURIA sleeveless dress size small/medium

NWOT Size small but could go to medium. Good stretch. Sleeveless, dark blue with flower designs up and down. 18” PTP. Elastic at waist. Waist is 18” without stretching it 21” if stretched. Bottom curved top to hem is 41”. 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Nice thicker material so you can’t see through it. ANY QUESTIONS??
