NWOT Israeli designer crop blouse

Beautiful deep maroon red embroidered blouse with long sleeves and adjustable tie waist with cropped length. There is also a button closure in the back. I washed but never got to wear it before I gained weight. Size S - 2/4. Excellent condition, no flaws. I purchased it in a boutique in Tel Aviv.
