NWOT Ivory Ruched Textured Studded Dress

UPDATE: This dress now has a defect so being sold as is. The glue on the inside of the dress has this green stain which is pictured. I’m not sure how this happened as this dress has never been worn and was in excellent condition. Could be heat or storage related.
