NWOT J. Peterman Black Tiered Sequin Dress

NWOT J. Peterman dress, size 8. It's made of 100% polyester fabric that's lightweight, stretchy only at the elastic at the ends of the sleeves, has a tiered style, sequin accents around the neckline and chest, and it comes in solid black. There's some tarnish to the sequins while in storage, and the tags have been removed, but it's never been worn and still has the spare sequins with it.
