NWOT Jay Godfrey Overlay skirt

Absolutely stunning overskirt by Jay Godfrey. Perfect for weddings, receptions, black tie events and can be used over and over again with different jumpsuits, rompers, dresses, or even tops underneath! I originally bought this planning to use it for my reception but went with something else! This could go with anything though, as it is true white with a satin-like sheen and is just long enough to even have a very short dress under or top depending on the occasion.
