NWOT. Super cute tie-dye dress with a smocked bust area. Purchased at a sample sale, so there’s no tags inside. Can be worn with keyhole in front or in back. One note - there is a small dye spot on the upper back area that just looks like it’s part of the tie-dye, but I’m not completely sure, so wanted to note it. See photo and video for detail.
