caylala21 @atleesanders from the shoulder the bottom of the dress is approximately 40 inches. From the waist of the dress to the bottom is approx. 24.5 inches

caylala21 @starmoongal hey! So the flat lying chest measurement (armpit to armpit) is roughly 16 & 3/4 inches. The flat lying waist measurement (I measured where the skirt and top part of the dress meet) is roughly 13 and 1/4 inches. There is no elastic in the waist. I hope that helps!
