NWOT Jeweled Neck Chiffon Dress

NWOT Jeweled Neck chiffon dress- light pink and black. Bottom skirt is pleated. Lost the tags but Never worn (only tried on once). In my pictures and overall inspection, realized there was a small hole on the back (see pics). In my opinion can be easily sewn. Didn’t even see it when I purchased.
