NWOT Jill Michelle Strappy Dress, size 4

Gorgeous Jill Michelle size 4 spring or summer dress. Baby blue, brown and white. Brown ribbon waist and brown ribbon straps. Straps are adjustable and the skirt is full, it hits below the knee. It fits well on the waist of my mannequin but it is a bit snug around her bust - her measurements are Chest (34”), Waist (27”), Shoulders (15”), and Hips (36.5”). The length straight down the seam from the waist is approx. 25" Comes from a pet-free and smoke-free home.
