Brand New, never worn or washed. Took the tag off before trying on. I should of kept the tag on to help with proof of being brand new from store. They would only give me the sale price, not the price I paid without tags. This pair cost me more because of the design, compared to the other 2 pair I have listed that were the same price as each other. Gorgeous print!
