NWOT JustFab Block Multicolor Heel Black Bootie Size 9.5

These booties are like new--I've never worn them, and I bought them new without tags. The only flaw I can find is a small blemish on the inner portion of the right boot (please see photo). They're made of vegan leather, and the color block detail on the heel gives them a contemporary edge.
