NWOT Justice floral dress

This dress has a black background and purple, blue, periwinkle, cream, and yellow flowers in its print, the back has a tie to extenuate the waist, and the front has an off white crochet bib. Its just above knee length, and is very well made, and will last quite awhile. Made for size 18 kids but fits adult sizes too due to the elastic band and tie on the waist. Never worn, perfect condition, no flaws.
