@alishum10 I apologize for the delayed response I never take this long :(. I was ill this weekend. The under arm measurement LAYING FLAT is 18.5” but keep in mind this fabric stretches ALOT but also retains its size well to not look baggy if not pulled also. Like I can pull it comfortably to almost 22.5 inches.
